kyenet is a technology and digital growth agency operating out of Lagos, Nigeria. For the purposes of applicable data protection law, kyenet is the data controller for personal information submitted through this website.
What we collect
When you use a form on this site (Contact, Get a Quote, or a job application), we collect the information you submit — name, email, phone, company, project details, and message content, plus your IP address and submission timestamp for spam and abuse prevention. Job applications may additionally include a CV/résumé file, portfolio and LinkedIn URLs, and a cover letter.
We do not knowingly collect payment card details, government ID numbers, or other special-category data through this website.
How we use it
Submitted information is used only to respond to your enquiry, scope a potential project, evaluate a job application, or otherwise provide the service you've requested. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties except where necessary to operate the site (for example, our SMTP provider for sending email) or where required by law.
Legal basis for processing
We process personal data submitted through this site on the basis of your consent (by submitting the form) and, where a project or employment relationship follows, on the basis of taking steps to enter into a contract with you. Job application files (CVs) are retained for the duration of the relevant recruitment process and a reasonable period afterward, and can be deleted earlier on request.

Personal data submitted through this site is stored in a database and, for CV uploads, in a private file store that is not directly accessible over the web. Access to this data within kyenet is restricted to team members who need it to do their jobs, based on role.
Your rights
