FIELD MARKETING REPRESENTATIVE

About the role

We are looking for a motivated, confident, and results-driven Field Marketing Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for going into the field to identify businesses that need new websites, website redesigns, website editing, maintenance, and other web development services. The role involves meeting business owners and decision-makers, presenting our services, generating leads, following up with prospects, and converting prospects into paying clients. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting people, sales, networking, and working independently in the field. PERFORMANCE TARGET 🎯! The Field Marketing Representative is expected to win a minimum of 10 new clients per month (Not Mandatory).

Responsibilities

• Visit and identify potential business clients within your state of residence or beyond. • Find businesses without websites or with outdated websites requiring improvement or editing. • Generate new leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and research. • Approach business owners, managers, and decision-makers professionally. • Pitch and explain our website development, redesign, and editing services. • Understand prospects' needs and recommend suitable solutions. • Maintain accurate records of prospects, leads, meetings, and follow-ups. • Follow up consistently with potential clients and close sales. • Collect client information required for onboarding and project commencement. • Submit regular reports on field activities, leads, and clients won. • Represent the Company professionally at all times.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND/HND/Bachelor's & Master’s Degree or equivalent in any field of study. • Previous experience in sales, marketing, business development, or customer-facing roles is an advantage. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Confident and comfortable approaching new people and businesses. • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. • Basic understanding of websites and digital services is an advantage. • Ability to use a smartphone and basic digital tools for recording leads and communicating with clients.
